I bought this board on a whim, but have been loving the opportunity to increase my balance. I work from home and find myself getting on the board often during breaks challenging myself to keep on the slack for 10 30/ 60 seconds. I feel the routine throughout my body and I say that in a good way. This is certainly worth the investment, which is relatively small in comparison to other exercise equipment and it is truly a lot of fun.

I find it very helpful for stretching out my hip flexors and lats. I use it for balance on slack board.

I'm 72 years old and I got a slackboard for Christmas. I've been using it now for 3 months now and not only has my balance improved but I can feel my legs again. My bowling has improved and so has my golf game.

My wife and I are older and want to maintain our balance. I'm an old climber and used to walk slack lines decades ago, so this has been cool to get back on. Great quality. Good purchase. No regrets.
