These cards will be very helpful. I hope to achieve most of these exercises within a year's time.
First let me start by saying that this product is absolutely beautiful. I'm starting slow with simple balancing. I'll probably be at this stage for a while. But I'm totally satisfied with by Slackboard.
We are very happy that we purchased the cards along with our slack board plus. It’s been great to see & try all the various exercises.
First the slack board is made incredibly well. Second, love the graphics!
Third, it’s really helping us to strengthen & keep our balance in check. We are both in our 60’s & have enjoyed using it. I’m glad we got the plus because you can build your confidence & have the option for a single strap. We also got the card pack to give us ideas for various new exercises.
It’s fun & well designed, we are happy with our purchase.
The line on the board is loose, my 100lbs daughter can't use it because it can't hold her. Very disappointed.
I returned it, it wasn't what I thought, I'm better off on solid ground, I will do balance exercises on solid ground.

Gorgeous board and great exercise cards.
I am thrilled with my Gibbon purchase. I use it at work with my stand up desk. I am trying to improve my balance and strengthen my core.

My family and I love our Gibbon balance board. We leave it in the living room for all to use. It’s fun, a challenge to balance, and we love using it daily.
